About Katrina

Hi, I'm Katrina — ancestral nutrition and hormone health advisor for women in midlife.

I came to this work through my own health journey, and through years of study across functional nutrition, Ayurveda, and ancestral health.

What I've found — in my own life and in the women I work with — is that the foundations matter most. Real food. Restful sleep. Daily movement. Living in rhythm with your body.

That's what this protein guide is rooted in. May it give you a genuinely useful place to start.

About Katrina

Hi, I'm Katrina Miriam —

and I became obsessed
with ancestral health

for a very personal reason.

Like many women, I came to this work through my own health journey — and through watching the people I love navigate a system that kept treating symptoms while missing the foundation entirely.

What struck me most was this: the women who moved through life with the most vitality, the most clarity, the most physical freedom — were not doing anything extraordinary. They were simply living closer to the way humans have always lived. Eating real food. Moving their bodies. Sleeping well. Living in rhythm with nature.

That realisation sent me deep into study — through Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda, through functional nutrition, and through years of independent research across ancestral health, hormones, longevity, and the science of how the body truly thrives.

Today, I work privately with a small number of women who are ready to rebuild their health at the root—through nutrient-dense food, daily practices, and personalized support that changes not just how you feel, but how you live over time.
